Bands it is your responsibility to stick to the schedule! Please do not go over your set time, and please do not be late starting!
GUEST PASSES
We do not offer guest passes. Bands get free admission.
STAGE GEAR
We do not have a drum kit or other instruments. You will have to load and unload your gear. We do have a professional sound technician and all the speakers and amps.
STAGING
Both stages have a staging area for gear. There is temporary parking space at each stage for you to load/unload before your set.
LOAD IN TIME
You will load in during the gap of time before your scheduled time slot. It may be 30 minutes or an hour, depends on how long the band is performing on the other stage. Refer to the schedule. There will NOT be a person directing loading in/out, just get yourgear on before your timeslot, and get the gear off stage as soon as you're done.
SOUND CHECK
Each stage has a dedicated sound technician. The sound check will not be at full volume as we do not want to interrupt the performing band on the other stage, but sufficient enough to be confident you're good to go.
